Advance your practice and work on challenging poses while detoxing and increasing flexibility. Together with Erin Motz, you'll work through challenging flows to increase your flexibility, detox, and open up through backbends. This module, intended for intermediate and advanced students, walks you through arm balances, shoulder openers, and flexibility flows for a full, advanced practice. Throughout the module, you'll work every part of your body, and move deeper into your yoga asana practice.
